Thank you again for your generosity last week. I came home with several tangible and do-able action items. I hit the ground running Monday morning. I know it's part of our membership, but I felt I got a lot of value out of it.
In regards to CharTec, there are two things that stand out above the rest: (1) Their actions and quality of service show that they care about their Partners' clients as much as the Partners do themselves. (2) They deliver on everything that they promise.
We are on our way...no stopping this freight train! This HaaS deal confirmed we have potential of SO much more!!! CharTec taught us, we executed, and BAM!
My time at your office was incredible. I got more out of my 2 days there than any of the conferences I've been to since I started in IT.
For some reason I ended up using Fortinet UTM’s when we started doing UTM’s a couple of years ago. No real problem with them but the procurement path is miserable. The sales company is a PIA and Fortinet does not seem to care about us. So finally in frustration I went to the configurator on the CharTec site to look at Sophos again. First off, as I said before the site is MUCH better. I have really not liked looking at things on the configurator as it was so slow but now it is fine. My attitude about using it has moved from negative to positive.BUT, what CharTec does really well is help. I've got a very specific client issue and so I ran it through the configurator and set up what I think I need and then called and talked to Justin. I’ll never care whether Sophos is better than Fortinet (which I suspect they are) because it no longer matters. I've got the support through Chartec that I’ll never get through Fortinet. Justin answered my somewhat less than intelligent questions with patience. He made recommendations and walked me through everything. I did in 10 minutes what I've been banging my head against the wall trying to figure out for days. And then he sent me some really valuable PDFs for further study and showed me the proposal system he’s working on within Configurator. So, thanks to CharTec. Thanks to Justin. Sophos should know that they've picked up another MSP because of that.
